General questions
Where is the Keravel Estate located?
We are located in Plouha, in the Côtes-d’Armor region of Brittany, 1 km from the sea and about 20 minutes from Saint-Brieuc.
How many people can be accommodated on site?
The estate offers approximately 100 beds distributed between apartments, cottages, tiny houses and safari tents.
Do you have a parking lot?
Yes, free parking is available on site for guests and event participants.
Weddings & Receptions
What is the capacity of the reception hall?
Our large hall can accommodate approximately 120 people seated in a banquet configuration.
Can we organize a brunch or a party the next day?
Yes, it is possible to organize a brunch or lunch the following day, depending on availability and conditions.
Do you work with partner caterers or service providers?
Yes, we have a list of recommended caterers and service providers, but you are free to choose your partners.
Seminars & Events
Do you have audiovisual equipment?
Upon request, we can provide a screen, video projector and Wi-Fi for your meetings and presentations.
What activities are offered on site?
In addition to the heated swimming pool, the estate offers tennis, mini-golf and large green spaces for your team-building activities.
